Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, work your arms or core, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. MONDAY

“LEG DAY”

Every Monday is “Leg Day” at The Body Shop! Did you know that training your legs is vital to any fitness goal, whether you want to build total-body strength, improve athletic performance, gain weight and increase your lean muscle mass or lose extra body fat.

TUESDAY

“BACK DAY”

Do you want to supersize your back, have more sizeable muscle mass, and build wider proportions? If so, then this is the day you want to workout with us!

WEDNESDAY

“BICEP & TRICEPS”

If you want muscular, strong, and defined biceps and triceps that you can be proud of, then you’ll want to join us on Wednesday’s!

THURSDAY

“SHOULDERS”

The shoulders are the most widely used muscle in the upper body. They function in almost every action that comes your way. Want to take your shoulders to the next level? Join us!

FRIDAY

“CHEST”

A “muscular” chest on a woman looks nothing like one on a man. It simply adds tone, shape, and “perkiness” to the entire area, which most women gladly welcome.

SATURDAY

“TOTAL BODY”

Join us for Weight Lifting Saturday’s and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Weight Lifting techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.
